The master plan for the "Bursa Triangle" aims to activate a site that aligns the Ayalon
freeway near the national Stock Exchange in Ramat Gan. The plan creates a vibrant
mixed use neighborhood that includes apartments for long term lease, student
dormitories, towers for business and commercial use, and civic space. The different
buildings are integrated at ground level where a planned public avenue connects to a
new public square with retail spaces which interconnects to the surrounding area.
