Liberty

Liberty" is an office and tech park in Kiryat-Ono, Israel. Located off highway number 4, at the intersection of Savyon and Kiryat-Ono, Liberty is set to be the ultimate alternative to Tel Aviv's office market.

The project's lot spreads over 40 Dunams. It will include 240,000 square meters of office space

• Nearly 700 apartment units
• More than 2,000 underground parking spaces
• 14 Dunam of urban park

The project was designed for pedestrians, with "walkability" as one of our primary design goals. A new boulevard crosses the lot from east to west, creating a central spine for the project. Secondary paths connect the adjacent streets to the boulevard, helping to develop an urban micro-climate.
The main boulevard, which will become the beating heart of the complex, will consist of a cultural center, outdoor and indoor fitness areas, recreational spaces, and a food court
