Mount Hozvim's tech park was first introduced in the early 1970s and is now experiencing a renewed emergence in construction developments.

The new Vitania complex is situated on the mountain's southern edge, overlooking the Old City of Jerusalem, the Temple Mount, and Mount Scopus.

The complex, which will eventually be compiled of five buildings, will offer 120,000 square meters of retail and office spaces and 30,000 square meters of underground parking.

The design of the complex makes use of the latest technology and design methods that are known today while maintaining Jerusalem's historical style by including the characteristic "Jerusalem stone" on its facades.

The buildings are arranged in a grid system that refers to the surroundings of the lot, allowing pedestrians to enter the complex with ease and comfort..
