Located in Jerusalem's industrial and commercial area of Talpiot, this project combines three levels of car showrooms for Mazda, Ford, BMW & Mini along with three levels of office space. As a landmark set on its corner site, the building is integrated within the sensitive Jerusalem landscape by making use of the natural topography with four underground parking levels and multi level separate entrances for the retail area and offices. Above, the building is recessed to reveal balconies for the offices that overlook the Jerusalem hills.
