Herzliya Hills

This project is a mixed use development of offices above a bustling street level retail space. Located on a ridge overlooking the Ayalon Highway, the building occupies a narrow 165 meter long site as part of an urban expansion near Herzilyah Pituach. Functionally, it is comprised of two wings that are fused together into one composition. The building's mass is broken down into floating cubes which are slightly offset from each other to allow for a variation of internal spaces as well as balconies for the offices. All of the interior spaces have been designed to allow for vertical and horizontal divisions for maximum flexibility.
