The project is located at the site of Tel Aviv's "Bezalel Market," famous for its variety of fashion products and within walking distance from "Hacarmel" street market. It is comprised of two buildings with 12 meter high commercial space at street level. These buildings surround a shaded public piazza with coffee shops and small storefronts aligning the edges. Above the public piazza, the buildings rise gently to house high end apartments, integrating the residents within the activity of the city.
