This project is an intimate luxury residential building in the old northern section of Tel Aviv. Facing a quiet street, it fits into the low-rise neighborhood with 11 residential apartments distributed over five stories. The building contains garden apartments with private basements, apartments of three, four, or five rooms as well as rooftop apartments. Below ground, three parking levels are connected by a car lift, while the entrance level has a public lobby and an indoor entrance space that is connected to the street.

The building is designed in a clean and functional architectural language, emphasizing the contours of the balconies and the building mass, while integrating into the urban fabric of Tel Aviv.
