This master plan aims to activate a large urban block in Petah Tikva with a complex
of office towers that rise above street level retail and subterranean shopping area.
Located on a previously industrial site along the line of the future light rail, the plan is
comprised of four structures that define an internal courtyard with pedestrian
pathways connecting to it from four directions. Above the courtyard, the office
buildings provide dramatic views and balconies out towards the city in all directions.
