Yavne’el

"Yavne’el" is a boutique residential building of 14 apartments in the historic "Neve-Tzedek" neighborhood of Tel-Aviv. It is located on a small plot of land, within a very dense urban context, which introduced an interesting design challenge. In order to overcome the site limitations and creating open views to each apartment, we have designed a central patio with a large tree to which all the apartments are facing. This scheme also provides a sense of a commune for the building’s residents which are all surrounding a shared public space.
