Sea Tower

The Sea Tower project is a 20-story office building with retail at the ground level. It is located in the developing southern edge of the Herzliya Pituach business district in a site adjacent to the new Microsoft Campus.  The site will be accessible to the light rail line that in planned to run right next to the project.

At the street level, pedestrian pathways allow people to flow in and around the retail space and through to neighboring buildings.  The building is set back on the northern edge to define a large public landscaped square, which activates and interacts with the ground level shops and retail.  Above, the buildings massing is broken down into stepped and intersecting volumes, providing large sea roof terraces and balconies at each level for the tenants to enjoy.  Each volume is enclosed with a glass curtain wall which is designed to maximize views of the surrounding area while also controlling the internal environment and thermal comfort of the offices.
