Vitania Tower & AD 120

This project is a mixed use development that combines senior housing, retail, and
offices in one large city block in the Ramat Hachayal Hi-Tech and business district.
At street level, the complex offers street level shopping, as well as separate entrances
for both the senior housing and office tower. Above the street level, the senior
housing facility provides units that face a landscaped elevated garden. The mid-rise
17 story office tower, developed under strict green building standards, is glazed with a
double skin curtain wall and incorporates balconies, providing full views out towards
the surrounding area.
