Kidmat Gonen is a new Residential Development in Jerusalem's Katamon neighborhood. The development is a part of Israel's national "Pinui Binui" program that allows residents and developers to join forces and rebuild highly dense projects by replacing old buildings. Kidmat Gonen's design will replace five existing low-rise buildings, each containing about 75 apartments, with five new high-rise towers that include 220 apartments in each of them.
Located adjacent to Elmalih Gardens and in proximity to public transportation and the nearby Tedi Stadium and Pais Arena, the project will allow its residents to lower their use of private vehicles and enjoy the new dense urban environment.
Each of the five 35-story towers will include municipal public programs such as kindergartens, a synagogue, and a 5,000 Sqm independent public building.
