Gymnasia Tower

The Gymnasia tower, located on Ben Shaprut St. in Tel Aviv, is a 29 story residential tower above 7 underground parking levels. It offers 108 apartments of varying types including 3, 4, and 5 bedroom apartments and penthouses. The tenants of the building could also enjoy a shared pool and gym space, as well as a communal lounge area in the lobby. The tower is situated on a rather small plot of land of only 1.7 dunam which required a sophisticated and super-effective design scheme for both the underground levels and the building's core. All 4 elevations of the building are designed with transparent glazing to allow for an uninterrupted city and sea view. Moreover, unlike most residential buildings in Tel Aviv which turn their "back" to the east, the Gymnasia tower's eastern elevation is designed with balconies which strengthen its connection to the adjacent St.
