50,500 sqm (above ground)
The Hi Tower project is located on the western border of Givatayim as part of a new development called Givatayim City. The complex sits on a raised platform with a landscaped public square at the Tower's ground level, where people can enjoy the lush greenery, water elements, shops and other public buildings. Additional commercial areas are located at the street level below the public plaza, along the main artery that divides Givatayim, Ramat Gan, and Tel Aviv.
Facing the Tel Aviv skyline as well as the Mediterranean Sea, the building rises to a height of 220 m, with 58 stories above ground and five parking levels below, giving it the status as the tallest residential tower in the country. The tower houses 279 apartments of various sizes and types, and it provides luxury amenities for the residents, including a gym and spa. The typical floor plan spreads out into two wings, giving the apartments panoramic views out to the cityscape and the sea beyond.
