W-Prime Tower

The WPRIME Tower is located at 4 Nissim Aloni St, Tel Aviv, as part of the "Tzameret Park" development, a neighborhood of 12 residential towers, a commercial center, kindergartens and a future school. This residential tower rises to a height of 150 m, with 45 levels above ground and 4 underground parking levels.

At its ground level, there is a separate two story building with a gym and spa, and a semi-Olympic sized swimming pool. Above, the tower has 164 apartments of varying sizes, including rooftop apartments, duplexes and penthouses. Every apartment in the tower enjoys floor to ceiling height windows and a balcony with a panoramic view out, with some facing westward towards the sea and others facing the dense urban landscape that aligns the Ayalon River.

The tower continues the design language ot its predecessor the WTOWER while still finding its own unique place in the neighborhood. The tower's facades were designed to fit in with context of the complex, characterized by the combination of curtain walls with horizontal beams covered with white stone.
