The Rom Tower, located at 2 Nissim Aloni St., is the final and tallest tower of the "Tzameret Park" development, which is a neighborhood of 12 residential towers, a commercial center, kindergartens and a future school. This residential tower rises to a height of about 180 m, with 50 levels above ground and 5 underground parking levels.
At its ground level, there is a separate two story building with a gym and spa, and a semi-Olympic sized swimming pool as part of a perimeter ring of decorative and wading pools set in a large 2200 sm garden. The tower has 217 apartments of varying sizes, including rooftop apartments, duplexes and penthouses. Every apartment in the tower enjoys floor to ceiling height windows and a balcony with a panoramic view out, with some facing westward towards the sea and others facing the dense urban landscape by the Ayalon River.
As the third tower following the WTOWER and WPRIME towers, the building continues the design language of its predecessors while still finding its own unique place in the neighborhood. The tower's facades were designed to fit in with context of the complex, characterized by the combination of curtain walls with horizontal beams covered with white stone.
