The Bat Yam Vision Tower, located on Yochanan HaSandlar St., is a 39 story
residential tower above three underground parking levels. The project includes a
gym, a club for the tenants, and a large landscaped garden that faces the sea. It offers
142 units of varying types including 4 room apartments, roof apartments, duplexes,
and penthouses, all of which enjoy sea facing balconies. On the west elevation, the
building is designed with transparent glazing that provides dramatic views from the
interior, while the east elevation features a sculptural and dynamic pattern that allows
airflow through the building.
