Yoseftal

“Yoseftal” is an urban renewal master-plan in Holon. The area of the plan is set to become highly dense and populated in the near future. It is situated in the entrance to the city, off the “Ayalon highway” and next to an existing train-station and a future Metro station, which make its design complex and exciting. The master plan, spreads over 58.8 dunam and will include mixed-use program of 940 apartment units, 268,000 sqm of office, retail and public buildings. The plan was carefully designed for the use of pedestrians that will both live and work in the area. While it integrates a grid of paths with several public piazzas, it is also designed for a comfortable vehicle circulation and underground parking spaces.
